Easy. The post did say "generally" and not "all". You're right. Some are mature enough, however, MOST are not. Statistics have proven this fact. |

I agree. I personally know 4 people over age 40 who text while driving. |

Saw lady texting on Hwy 80 near Vallejo with 3 small children in the car. Now she was no teen. Infact I see more adults with the cell phone up to their ear than teens also. |

yeah, the cell phone law is probably the most frequently broken law in the state right now... even our first lady couldn't resist. as someone who doesn't even own one, i tend to notice all the yappers...
