Judge it!how can someone have a house in short sale in novato with $600,000 taken off price since july and then turn around and buy a $1,450,000 house in ABQ?This site is useless : all pertient information submitted, address, date of forclosure, description of property, correct zip....no resulsts again after several months and several attempts

i would like to know how bob brutyn can have a home in short sale here and STILL be able to buy a million dollar home in albuquerque. it sounds like fraud to me... tell the bank here you can not pay them and then move. it is crazy. |

I am not sure why the foreclosures have not been updated, but you can go to the website
www.neighborcity.com to get an updated list. It appears foreclosures are up in Marin County. Could that be why they are not updating this in the Marinij? |
