Each officer has a pass whether they're ex gang members,related to drug dealers, or just plain crooked when it comes down to making there reports.Don't forget that you are public servants and our tax dollars pay you.And for all you who defend them you know very well they are criminals themselves one way or another.There are so many unsolved homicides because King City Police are too busy harrassing the innocent. Thath is so true, what happen to the background check. There is three to four cops that ARE involved in gangs. There involved either by there families and by there fiends. A soon as there off duty they go hang around with there buddys (gang members). I seen one of them in Soledad hanging out with these two big guys full of tattoos and in red shirts. Is that a sign of gang members or it only counts in King City? How about the low rider show, the k.c.p.d and the community want peace and there making a low rider show, wich attracts gang members from different sides. I think we should have a community sit down and lets get the crooked cops out of King City. The mayor aint listening and either the chief, how about we go to the District Attorney's office or to the Monterey county Sheriff office and get some help there.

Of course we know what we are talking about. At least I do because I have lived here all my life. I have seen cops come and go, but never such assholes like the ones we now have!!! The other day one of these jerks grabbed my son from his shirt and asked him if he was putting in work for the southsiders??? WTF, what kind of question is that??? Come on now, if I would have seen that he wouldn't have heard the end of it!! My son didn't want to come forward and make a complaint (you luck bastard)!! All eyes on you!!!!

yeah,your right,its just that nick is the boss,and carrillo is his right hand man from what I see.Maybe when I get time in the next few days ,I will give you case after case of the BS they have pulled,that I know of and maybe someone else will have more. I could call the state attorney generals office and send everything to them.Did you know that everyone says you have to go to the police dept and fill out a complaint form? then you have to take it in and the chief has 30 days to review and respond to the complaint?after his findings ,if you don't like his response, you have the option of taking it to a higher power. But the problem I have with that is laying all your ammo out for them to see,you know it's like the cyote watching the hen house. I'm all for getting an attorney to sue the city right off the bat for keeping tose jerks employed after all the complaints.But-- you gotta have a plan! hmmm, maybe I do,same bat channel, same bat time!!

anyway, just to let you , the #2 code enforcement guy actually told my sister about the affair, so yes, it happened. The guy was in tears, and ashamed to even stay at work. they are a bunch of non-proffesional idiots there, it's because a bigger idiot is at the helm and doesn't keep a tight ship. Look, there are a lot of wonderful police officers out there. I've had the good fortune to know a few. They aren't perfect,there are crooked cops, crooked lawyers, crooked doctors,etc.what is dangerous is someone who has power over you, oh and also carries a weapon, and oh, has a basic right to shoot you,if they so desire,and oh, if that blue line still exists,(and I'm sure it does) most have thier back up, so if they are CROOKED, then everyone should be concerned.I would rather be bugged by a hundred honest cops, then be stopped by a dishonest cop one time,get the picture??And guess what? If there was no"blue line" or "code of silence" and honest cops got the bad ones out,(what a wonderful world it will be!) You ever been in a classroom and the teacher is a Bitch or a jerk? so all the kids feed off of them and the bullies get impowered, and the weak and meek fall through the cracks? Then your in a classroom where the teacher,is kind and fair and does thier best to mediate and teach? So everyone is ok and basically happy. Do you get the picture? kcpd? how many kids say"hey , I want to be in that big assholes class! Bring on the tormenters, YEE HA!"I'm pretty sure most would want to enjoy their time and LEARN ,and GET ALONG, with others..... Of corse not if your CROOKED. OR A BULLY, OR most of the KCPD. |

Every cop here in King City is a b*tch they just act hard when they are in uniform thinking people won't do anything to them. They should try solving cases instead of sitting on their lazy ass all day and bothering people who have nothing to do with what they are looking for. A bunch of IDIOTS. I don't know what they were thinking when they acutally hired people like them!!!

Answer this kcpd,What about the guy who owned the grill where a gang shooting occured and he called the police and nothing happened,then he went down broadway and saw the same guys in front of The Comfort trailer park, called it in to the police..never came. Or the lady whos wallet was stolen on camera in a local store, they ID'd her and the police said they would check it out...never came, when they called to see what was up, the person that told them he would handle it, was on vacation for 3 weeks, it was the chief! Not only is this wrong,it's scary! Be afraid king city,be VERY afraid!same bat time, same bat channel. |

OFFICER MOTTU JR, IS KNOWN TO BE A GANG MEMBER AND ALWAYS GIVING BREAKS TO THE OLD TIME NORTENOS AND HELPING THEM OUT. HIS TATTOO OF A STAR IS A SYMBOL OF NORTENO AFFILIATION. HE HAS MORE TATTOO'S ALL OVER HIS BODY.(WONDER WHAT THEY MEAN)...OFFICER JOEY PEREZ IS RELATED TO NORTENOS AND HIS BROTHER IS A DRUGDEALER WHICH K.C.P.D KNOWS ABOUT. TO WHAT I WAS TOLD OFFICER PEREZ HAS UN REGISTERED GUNS AT HIS HOUSE AND HAD SOLD A GUN OR TWO TO ?????(WHO KNOWS). HE ALSO ATTENDS ILLEGAL PARTY'S LIKE A REGGAE PARTY WITH MARIJUANA BEING USED. OFFICER AGUAYO DOES LIVE IN SOLEDAD AND DOES ASSOCIATE WITH NORTENO GANG MEMBERS. MY SOURCE SAID, "THAT HE HAD SEEN AGUAYO IN PICTURES WITH GANG MEMBERS". WHY WAS THERE NO REWARD FOR THE TWO HOMICIDES IN 1999 WHICH 3 PEOPLE GOT SHOT IN 2 DIED. I KNOW WHY THERE ISNT A REWARD? THE REASON IS WHY IS BECAUSE THE GANG MEMBER POLICE OFFICERS DO AFFILIATE WITH THE ONES THAT GOT KILLED A COUPLE MONTHS AGO AND NOT WITH THE ONES THE GOT KILLED IN 1999. WOW. holy cow! BACKGROUND CHECK,YOU ARE PISSED! Calm down, I know that helpless feeling too.We live in communities with tight circles of friends and extended families so everyone hears alot ,and I know people of authority act like it's all hearsay and crap. know why?I feel like you are right, about gang affiliation and/or some other connection(family,old school buddies, etc.)The people in charge may have that going on too, or they can't or won't do anything about it.Either fear or they just don't care, they are happy with the way things are. Thats a major problem too.
I have a 13 year old family member that had a gangster send her a picture of himself covering his face, with a sign saying he was from king city. He was holding what looked to be a snub -nosed revolver right up to the camera.She didn't know him at all and sent the picture to her grandmother who called the gang task force, she wanted to send the picture to him and was told to call back, she did over and over, it was right after the last shooting, they never called back. BS!not only that, did you know that the guy the city contracted to do the cities tires, in other words ,the police dept.s tires ,is an old time drug dealer? From what some people(who live next door to him)have told me ,is that his brother who lives down the street is now the dealer. They told me they called the police and reported the activity and nothing happened,I believe it! I think I should send an anonomous letter to the DA to check out this site, Even if it doesn't work, it will maybe make him think.You just should not be acociated with ANY gang memebers if your a cop, THATS IT! how can you do your job that way? how can you be fair!?I'ts biased and plain CROOKED! |

I hear a lot of bad mouthing going on but it seems that none of you have the guts to actually report any of these rumors. If you have hard facts (i.e. Video, pictures) then report it or just keep your comments to yourself. I'm sure many of you have seen a lot of crimes committed. Now ask yourself, how many have you reported the incident or were willing to testify.

I think back round check should go to the district attorney. that is the only way to fix our problem with these crooked no good cops. kcborn and raised you should beat up those punk cops when they are not in uniform that would be cool.

I actually have called the DAs office in the past. I ACTUALLY have called Dean Flippos office!
I was directed to another person who told me I still have to go through the KCPD with complaints,and you have to wait and see what they come up with, and that will be NOTHING,haven't you read what I said before? I do know that you can go above everybodys head and contact the state attorney generals office.They are the people who handle crooked police departments. I was recently informed that they get ahold of the dept. of justce (DOJ) and send investigators,even spys,so to speak, and they check everything out. they want you to have valid complaints(in thier eyes) or hard evidence, or a multitude of complaints on the same dept.anyway, thats what I was told. I spoke to an assistant at the state attorney generals office, last year and he said you can write a letter or fax one, but it has to be only about police officers, sheriffs,the chp,etc. I will try to get all of those and post them,if you have any thing to say after that, send it in,a simple letter, a long detailed letter,anything, or fax it,if not any of those,then call. If we all do it around the same time about the same dept, MAYBE something will be done.Even being investigated will freak them out. I'm sure they will find out something,unless they are that good, some are that good. |
