This "judge" needs a serious attitude adjustment and a different job, as does the "prosecutor". The entire judicial system in Niagara County is as dirty as the county dump; not a competent "judge" anywhere.

This is obviously a personal thing between the "judge", "ada" and Mongielo. Thats the problem with these "officials"; they manipulate the law to best meet their own personal agenda's. They're dirty. Nothing ever changes in Niagara County. NOTHING.
