Authorities: 20 Year old Holly Bobo Abducted in Decatur County

Has there been any word at all on how the search is going?

@ Findher I think praying to God would be more effective than damning him. Just saying.

@Curious they started their volunteer searches about 2 hours ago and there has been no word yet.

@ Charley horse III There are too many unconfirmed stories being reported and printed. It has been said that it was witness by the brother, then a neighbor also that it was 1 man then 2 men. I don't know which story is the real one because so many have been told but I hope everyone doesn't jump on the wagon to hang the brother when we can't prove he witnessed it yet. You can spread butter on the bread but can never completely remove it.

I agree with worried. I was in the area,I was at a funeral and was told by several there were 2 men and the brother came running out with a shotgun to save her. Then I stood there and watched a man on a 4 wheeler in camo clothing drive off and no one said anything.

You saw them go off on a 4 wheeler? Was she screaming and fighting or just what?

Sorry guys. There was NO 4 wheeler. I was out there over 12 hours on the search. And that is so no true. The guy n camp walked her into the woods. And yes the brother saw the whole thing and DID NOTHING! That'd what really sounds fishy. Las night there was a cell phone and a knife found but not sure who it belonged to at this time. Coulda Been Anyones.

There is way to many rumors floating around. The main thing is keep the family in ur prayers. This is a very hard thing for anyone to deal with.

The brother was in the shower and heard her scream when he shut the water off.... ran out in a towel just in time to see her across the field being drug into the woods. He grabbed his pants, cell phone and a gun and called for help as he ran to the woods. He did not see them at the edge of the woods and stopped there waiting on the cops. Needless to say he is extremely distraught over all of this.

I PRAY FOR THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF HOLLY BOBO. Lord please bring her home safe and punish the wicked person who has done this. I am glad we have such a strong community willing to help and lend hands.. My heart goes out to Holly. I did not know her personally but I know she was a great person.

God doesn't "fix" everything bad that happens.He set the world up in perfection and man screwed it up.Then he gave everyone another chance through Jesus Christ because of SIN.SIN is what caused this young woman to be dragged off,not God.Stop trying to put a guilt trip off on everyone that believes in God or STHU and don't throw cold water on others' faith.

maybe the abductor threatened to shoot her right there if the brother tried to save her. who are you to name an innocent family member as a suspect? you clearly are not from there and have no clue about the situation.

How could you say something like that..? How do you know that her brother might have been freaked out or scared, to death. Was you there?? You don't know what you wouldve done in the situation.. Whoever you are, it's people like you that allows things like this to happen, not God. You have a poor attitude on life. If you have nothing better to say for this poor girl and her family then get off this topic n go to some other site, like something you're familiar with "Hatred". I was told that the brother confronted the man,and he threatened to kill her if he came any closer.

Uhm. What they said had NOTHING to do with hatred. They were simply stating a FACT. Whatever happens happens. Prayer does not affect anything. Nothing in their post said anything that remotely seemed full of hate. I'm glad someone said exactly what I have been thinking this whole time. You poor people in the hands of an imaginary person. This is why I moved away from the south. Prayer can not be proven.

May holly return home safely.
