Four Characteristics of Mitt Romney Mitt Romney is a very wealthy man and made billions for Bain Capitol. Romney’s primary job was not to save companies, but to make money for Bain and its investors. Romney was extremely good at this job. Basically, Bain would invest in companies, leverage them up with debt, sell them off for scrap, allowing Bain’s investors to walk away with huge profits while the companies wound up in bankruptcy, laying off workers and reneging on benefits. Today, Romney’s investors are his rich contributors. Of course they expect returns on their investments. Romney is correctly called a flip-flopper. Romney must appeal to two strongly opposed types of voters. Romney must hold his rabid right-wing base while appealing to moderate voters. As a result, Romney does not appear to stand for anything. The Richard Grenell issue and Mitt’s changing his views as the political wind blows, indicates the Romney does not have courage of his convections. As a high school student, he ran a blind teacher into a closed door, constantly insulted a weaker student in class, and had five other buddies hold down a crying, screaming for help boy, while Romney cut his hair. Remember your high school days. If you knew that type of student, what became of him? This is not the actions of a normal teen-ager. Romney was sadistic then and is now. He likes to fire people. Romney’s primary job was not to save companies, but to make money for Bain and its investors. Romney was extremely good at this job. From the Huffington Post: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/10/16/romn ... Romney formally left Bain Capital in 1999, but he still owns significant shares in the company through blind trusts managed by an adviser. He frequently cites, correctly, that Bain helped grow a number of companies and that Bain takeovers saved other companies from bankruptcy, helping to preserve thousands of jobs.
