hope you make some money that day or that rip off will be the only one making any

if you think about it, everything you need is there, rain or shine.(and you don't have to borrow tables from everyone you know)

Just be careful if you rent, a friend of my rented it and paid a couple of months prior to the yard sale....she had to cancel about a month before the sale and they would not refund her money...That would have been fine if they had said up front that if cancel no refunds but they did not tell her this until it was too late....she canceled in plenty of time for them to rent it to someone else in fact the weekend she was suppose to have her yard sale there was someone else having one so they made $75 for that weekend...not trying to discourge you because it is a good location just wanted you to know up front that they do not refund unless they have changed the policy.

Thank you so much for the number. As for the refund, I already ran into that problem. I had a yardsale there before and done so well I decided to go down there and rent it for the next month. But my child got sick and I couldn't do it, and they wouldn't refund me. But it is such a good place, I done really good with my sale the first time I didn't complain. I guess I will try it again because I really have no other place to have one. Thank you so much everyone for all the input and the help!!! SO NICE OF EVERYONE!!!

my neighbor is having one there this weekend but its not just her , they will be other people selling.
Ive never been to it but will for this one.
I think they had to pay $35.00
