Oh, and thanks to stare decisis, these shitty decisions get propagated virtually forever. Justice is blind....and deaf...and dumb. Why should people alive today live by the mistakes of old dead fools? But we do, the tyrants that rule this place see to it. Because IT WORKS FOR THEM.

Support your local police wrote: <quoted text> Guess you'll just have to live with it then, since the majority doesn't agree with you. Such is life. See you at Danville Starbucks for Open Carry coffee??? Majority rule is nothing more than mob rule. The simple sheer force of numbers. That's how animals live. If you accept this system, then you're an animal.

Again, the problem with Statism is you get what we have - a system where an elite few, who are often corrupt or senile or stupid or just plain evil or biased, making decisions on what the law means, often when it has a plain meaning and there should be no leeway for "interpretation". Drugs or alcohol?

You are so whack and not the majority. Go climb under your rock. If you don't like it, move. The Real Anon wrote: <quoted text> Majority rule is nothing more than mob rule. The simple sheer force of numbers. That's how animals live. If you accept this system, then you're an animal.

Maybe David Goddard would still be alive tonight to portray some statutory rape on locally raised booty shorts and Uggs if he had chosen to try and play Dale Earnhardt (or was it Dale Evans?) on a maximum enforcement day. Maybe not, but it is a thought.
