I agree. So sick of how celebs get soooo much attention when they die. This was a person who had ALL the talent in the world and made the concious choice to throw it away. In the end she was a CRACK-HEAD nothing more. I have NO SYMPATHY for her whatsoever. One less Crackhead in the word as far as I am concerned.

I don't care if people want to put weird stuff in their own bodies as long as they don't violate the rights of others by doing so.

That being said, that Americans idolize celebrities and can claim to be so touched by some voice on the radio , and our substance abuse problems highlights the fact that we have an aversion to real life.

Drugs, and behaviors that involve projections or fantasy elements, like video games, are all attempts to avoid reality. And a little imagination and fantasy is normal and healthy. But many people in society have sublimated their objective experiences with false ones manufactured purely for their consumption.

"Reality programming" is really an oxymoron.
