jane wrote: ELF towers research it ELF Towers. This is what people around the world have been hearing the past couple of weeks. You Tube has a bunch of recently posted videos on this same noise. It's not what I have heard during the night though. It's was more like a low rumbling noise like a deisel truck a long way off. I can't say that I have heard it lately but now that It's back on my Radar I'll listen to see if it has changed at all. I think digging under ground tunnels is out of the question cause I sure don't see any huge quantities of dirt or gravel like we are living on here in Livermore being transported around. I still have to go back to all of the communication devices that surround us and operate 24-7. And seeing as how this stuff increases on a daily basis it has to account for something. I have to include all that our Miltary is experimenting with also. And HAARP, we can't leave that out. It's no wonder we are all hearing weird stuff. Thanks alot Mr. Tesla.

It is 5:26 PM here in Belmont, same noise... it never stops. And I can only hear it in the house. Started hearing it after we had new windows installed, so I guess it is much more quite now, or perhaps the old windows did not amplify the sound as well.

I also am hearing noises It sounds like a car running or like strong wind outside. It is so loud sometimes it is hard to hear over that sound. One night i opened window to see if I could hear a car running outside and out side was silent. I have heard of smart meters and depending on your wireing it can set off frequencies in the wireing in the whole house or if you have metal plunbing it can do that in the pipes also. I have heard it can be cell towers putting out frequencies There have been a few times where i get this sound like someone is using a drill and it vibrates on something down the basement. There was something else that I had read online about blood type rh o negative and being highly sensitive to frequencies.I am rh o negative. Also heard not to sleep near where meter comes into house or by breaker box.Don't laugh but I even tried wrapping my head in foil.Maybe it helped a little the placebo effect.Hope to be able to talk more to someone on this because it seems also to make one tired.

I've been living in Murrieta, Ca for the past 9 months, and EVERY night, for at least a little while (anywhere from an hour to all night) I hear this same, vibrating, distant yet somehow deeply 'in my head' hum. Earplugs barely tackle it, and yes, it goes away outside, almost like the house is a resonance box. It's in every room, to varying degrees and the sound will occasionally intermittently pulsate or stop for a moment and begin again. The most odd aspect about it is if I hum a note, any note close to it, it seems to stop for a beat or two, then pours right back into my head. This HUM is apparently popping up everywhere. It needs to be talked about... and it's destroying my ability to get a good night's rest.

You might want to consider the 'humorous' tone of your responses. I'm reaching out there, trying to get to the bottom of a real problem that has a real record of documentation. It's affecting my quality of life, and personally, my only goal in life is to be a good person and help others; this 'hum' is troubling- just as your response. Please be kind or don't post if you don't have anything productive to contribute to the conversation. http://www.ctv.ca/CTVNews/ExclusivesSciTech/2...
