You see what today's Arkansas Democrat-Gazette said, Mishleen Ross? It said prosecutor's believe one of the factors in the Anne Pressley crime was "financial gain". Sounds like folks in the streets aren't the only ones who believe that this was a contract deal. If only they could prove it.

Even if there wasn't an actual contract that was written out,which I doubt anyway,it still could've been very possible that there was a verbal solicitation to get the "job" done. Which would leave prosecutors with nothing to go on,if there was no recording of such talk.

I for one think that this is true. I have been a fan of Jt and his career but about a year and a half ago he was charged with sexually asulting a young women(i dont mean Anne). These charges were droped later and nothing more was really said about it. about 6 months later Anne is found dead. The roumor being that Anne was pregnt with Jt baby and to keep things quite Jt put a hit out on her. There is no doubt in my mind this is true. If that were to be true JTs career and image to the ppl of Arkansas would be shot with no chance of recovery. There should have been more phone traces done by the police and why is there only one suspect with the suspect they have in custody said that there were 2 other ppl involed in the murder and rape. This is just another case of a celeb with enough money to walk free. Its not right and there should be justice.

And why was such a big concern made over access to Anne's hospital records? What are they hiding? Do they not want something uncovered that will hurt the trial? I hope all this family secrecy stuff comes out and they find it was more than just Vance involved. You know that dumb, young, black Marianna boy didn't do all that without some kind of help. He wasn't the type of person to not involve somebody else. If he was such a pro at breaking and entering, you can bet somebody had his back.

A couple of SVI employees got fired, a Doctor got fined a tiny drop, and so did the employees. WHAT ABOUT a former LR Cop turned Federal Agent? What about a Detective? What about a bragging Security Supervisor at SVI? Maybe the later didn't reveal much other than bragging.
AP's story will never be told in full. Vance will get the needle someday ten years from now and by that time it will all be old news.

What about all of that? You really didn't add any valuable information here. What will be old news? What more is there to know than this?

The blows fractured almost every bone in her face. She was hit hard enough in the jaw, that it pushed her jawbone enough to fracture her skull from ear to ear. That cut off blood flow to her brain, which began to die from lack of oxygen, Erickson testified.

[Dr. Stephen Erickson] said that on Oct. 25 her brain was swollen to the point that it cut off all blood flow and she was declared brain dead. Bones in her face were shattered to the point that they made “crunching sounds” during the autopsy. Jurors were shown photographs of the body during the autopsy, a sight that prompted several members of the jury to look away.

While in the back yard of Pressly's home, Vance told detectives, he saw that her back door was "wide open." He admitted he went in, stole a gas card and laptop, then saw Pressly asleep in bed. After stealing a computer from the floor, he said he crawled on top of her.

"I put my weight against her weight," Vance said. Vance said he couldn't focus while trying to subdue Pressly and he didn't penetrate her, but he said he had touched her "inappropriately."

Asked repeatedly by J.C. White to explain why he started hitting Pressly with the "stick" Vance said he brought in from the back yard, Vance seemed reluctant. He described the attack and how it started only in the vaguest of terms: "I lose control, she lose control." Detectives asked if that meant she was trying to get away, and Vance said yes. At that moment, Vance said, he hit her four or five times with what he described as a square stick, two to two-and-a-half feet long, that he said looked like one of the legs from a chair or table. After leaving the house, Vance said, he threw Pressly's purse in the dumpster behind a carwash, disposed of the murder weapon in a nearby ditch, and sold her computer days later to a fence.

Near the end of the tape, Vance asked detectives if they could help him get a mental evaluation. He said there had to be something wrong with him. "There's gotta be something," Vance said. "I'm always on the edge. Always aggressive."

You can't believe Curtis Vance's pathological lies. He has sat in jail for almost a year concocting lies for trial. Then he did like O.J. and not testify. He claims the back door was open and he just walked in. Is Curtis Vance Jermain Taylor's wife's couisin? Was Anne Pressly sleeping with Jermain Taylor? If the answer is yes,that would explain why Curtis Vance was familiar with Anne Pressly and where she lived. If not,it really doesn't matter now.
