I think he should pay for what he did. He wouldn't like it if he or his family member was treated like that.I'm sorry but he planned to kill her it was not "bad wiring".

The only bad wiring in this case is they pulled the plug on the electric chair. Instead of feeling the pain and fear they inflicted on their victims, They get to go to sleep. Bring back the chair and you will see a decrease in these kind of crimes!

Don't let anybody pretend that the "problem" in Arkansas (or anywhere else in the USA) is the "K.K.K." or "rednecks".

I believe in an eye for an eye. That would also stop so much of the violence out there.

My heart goes out to the Pressly's family and I am glad that justice was served. Vance will get what he deserved and I don't believe that Vance was paranoid just flat out crazy and evil.

This man is not a "sick victim" . He is a cold blooded rapist and murder. A swift execution is in order.

Don't turn this into a "black" issue--This is a humanity issue--People are filled with so much violence and hate that they do not value life. I do somewhat agree with you because I am sick of my tax dollars going to worthless garbage to lay around, don't work, and kill someone for nothing. Pressly had a promising future but yet this bumm took hers.

Two words to cure his paranoia: DEATH SENTENCE!

Did you see the news report on this last night? One reporter questioned his mother and she said "I get to take the stand and I got a lot to say" the report said "What would you like to say to the victim's family" She shut her mouth quick and walked off.

I think that Curis Vance was involved. I think he raped and robbed Ann Pressly. From the beginning, Vance has blamed another person for the beating that ultimately killed Pressly. If he is actually guilty, he deserves the death penalty. I think that all options should be examined before he is put to death. He maybe a product of his environment and he may be mentally challenged. That doesn't excuse him from paying with his life, IF HE DID IT....

Paranoia or not, he knows right from wrong. Save the taxpayers money and put him six feet under. It was his choice, Pressly did not have a choice.

Well that's what the defense gets paid for. Try every reasons to convince the jury not to convict their client.

Well if the jurors refuse to give this animal the death penalty then they too need to be locked up for treason and sponsoring terrorism since to do anything less than give this freak death would be to aid and abet monsters like this to piss all over the American law and to terrorize innocent life with no fear of penalty!

Well I don't see what difference it makes. He can't suffer the horrible death that Ms. Pressly suffered because its unconsitutional as cruel and unusual. Not really justice if you think about it.

Call him what you want. He needs to die. After this crime he does not deserve to live on this earth. Anne Pressly did not have a chance. Why should he?
