I absolutely disagree with you. I go there every now and then and within the past 2-3 years, I have noticed it to be very clean!!!!!! The lawn is always kept up, the flowers are always planted nicely, there isn't ever any garbage lying around, and the whole upkeep is in great condition. It takes a lot more manpower to do this than open and close the gate. I have commented on many occasions about how nice it looks up there. I think you are talking about another park because Moreland park is anything but a dump. Can I ask what the caretakers actually do? The place is always a dump. All they do is open and close the gate. What a joke.

Nice park. It would be nice if the DPW could throw some cold patch in the craters on Moreland St before the bottom of the hill.

Drove by tonight en route to somewhere else, and the gates are OPEN!!! Yay!
The "picnic park" is open! And the leaf-kicking park. And the bird watching park.. And maybe, but hopefully not, the deer-jacking park.(that's for all who followed this thread from the beginning).
Can I get one last complaint about the caretakers, just for ol' times sake, then I'll close this thread out (so to speak) happy.(Until some future date, of course. Probably this fall).
