This is bad news but MHS shares some blame. Does anyone remember the proposal to build a new building at Historic Fort Snelling? Just about two years ago, thank goodness it didn't happen, imagine a brand spanking new building in the middle of a collection of old buildings needing rehab. What is their business anyway?
