I hve many issues with Chautaqua County CPS. To many to explain,but for instance I was able to be with my son but not my daughters,or they never had a warrent to come into my home. Cps lies. Then they get you in court and make you look horrible. There main reason was domestic violence for taking them. That is illegal in Ny, Look it up emmas law and know your rights.org . Judge Weisnstein ruled that in NY. I just don't want to go into to much. Please help if you know an attorney that will go after cps,or bring suit. They forced me to sign my kids away. They said do it or I would face an undetermined amount of jail time seen fit by the court? Illegal. I really need help on this issues. If anyone can let me know who they have had for cps attorneys please ,please let me know. Upset!

I have a Lawyer now but i feel like he is not doing all he can to help out . Cps here in 209 is saying that dont want me to have my baby girl and is going to take her away from me. If anyone knows of who would like to take my case please let me know . I have been looking for days for Lawyers that would help and money is not a deal right now all i would like is my family back and maybe getting cps and the judges here looked at . but if anyone has info please email me at mathiesen_l@yahoo.com thanks
