looks like a group of folks that have spent their lives making Litchfield what it is today. a city with a committee ,hell , maybe C M T will rent space to house their 50 yr's of litchfield history.

I'm surprised that someone didn't get seriously injured at the groundbreaking with everyone holding a shovel and jockeying to be closest to the camera. What a waste of time and money when the town is falling apart.

If us whiteys didn't do something to stir up the negroes they wouldn't have anything to protest. When Zimmerman gets off they will burn darktown to the ground.

EPA-- law says gas tanks must be removed from the property before building.Did the city remove them ??????????

Hopefully they were removed, but I don't remember that happening I guess they will wait until the building is finished to find out. Then if they are still in place, I guarantee there will be no occupancy there. We will see if the code officer, the two building inspectors and the city admin, and mayor can pull their weight on IL EPA and then on US EPA like they do all of the other citizens of this community.
