Banks are greedy and have no sympathy for people unless you are rich.

Most banks decline the transaction long before it's that out of control...

I am wondering if the judge has a financial or some other relationship with the bank.

I agree. I can't understand why they allowed the overdraft to get so out of control. It's a case of caveat emptor- buyer beware. The customer knew the banks terms & by using the account, accepted them.

she has 842 over-drafts and you think the bank is greedy ,

Court records said from January 2004 until June 2008, Cavett was charged 842 overdraft fees. They varied according to the overdraft amount. The bank charged $100 a day for carrying an overdraft greater than $10,000.

Daily Horoscope for June 3

Gemini

Do a little lateral thinking today and it will work wonders. Don't feel hidebound because you're supposed to do things in a certain way, because this is a great opportunity to try a different approach for a change. Even so, you may have to play down your unorthodox technique when talking to anyone who sticks rigidly to convention.
