I would say there are a lot of changes needed in the crap hole. First of all, the company needs to start paying their bills, they are running small businesses down the drain by not paying them. Second, they need to replace all the sh@thead management they have working there. Third, they need to get rid of the lazy a$$ Union. Your all overpayed!!!
