Will Lindenhurst school taxes go up again? I'm tired of payingg higher taxes every year. I expect them to be frozen this time. Is this realistic? The schools get worse and the taxes keep going up! I hope someone runs for the school board with the taxpayers in mind, and not their friends and personal agendas. I will vote for any new people running. Are they out there? They all go beyond what they were voted in to do. They are all slimeballs! They run the district, NOT the administrators!

They will go up again, they always do. The board members are made up of a group of people whose children are in the district. Would you cut a teachers salary,then send your child to the district? They are all self serving. They are their to get their kids on the teams, cheerleading, oh and special needs.But I think her son has graduated, and she may have stepped down. So we spent more money then was needed on special education that benefits a few kids.You can vote for the next ones, but i would guess that they have children in the district too and more hidden agendas. Our society is very sad!

special ed is mandated by the state you can not pick and choose, so do you have kids? you live in elmhurst and amityville? why do you care about our schools? o wait you prob. dont. everything goes up every year tried to put oil in your tank lately or gas in your car?
