Rapper E-40 looking to return to Stockton with a big Splash

Lord help the city of Stockton and its Police Department when this concert comes to town. Rap concerts cause nothing but trouble with fights, looting and vandalism to the area. Ask the cities of Mountain View and Santa Clara why they dont cater to this type of crowd. Hopefully city officals and city council will learn from this mistake.

How the hell is in E 40 going to perform for Stockton ,but couldn't perform in Kansas City,Missouri.That's some fucked up ass shit.I paid 35.00 for a ticket and he didn't even show up. Hot 103 Jamz stated that the reason he didn't show up was because he though we had something to do with Mac Dre getting killed. I mean we close Fat Tone in the situation. So what the hell is that suppose to mean.I'm mad ass hell!
