So, what's new?

Looks like "Tall Paul" Knepper is biased: Against the citizens he was elected to represent, and in favor of the developer.

Maybe Paul should recuse himself, or better yet, resign.

Spot zoning? What a laugh! That whole township was farmland for hundreds of years before the first golf course was thought about!
