Pres. Obama's one and only concern is his reelection. An Israeli attack on Iran's Nuclear Sites before the November Election is his biggest nightmare. He thinks he can talk the Mullahs out of their nuclear weapons goal by his personal charm, charisma, and brilliance. He is in fact, a delusional, misguided, egomaniac. Does he seriously think his recent evolutionary decision to sanction same -sex marriages is going to increase his stature and influence in Tehran? Obama's influence in Iran Is zero.
I wonder what kind of chickenshit would use another person's name to paste ignorant TeaBag rants that are off topic and of no interest to any sentient being. I'm guessing it's just your run of the mill inbred, brainless, toothless, gutless, TeaBaggin' Kochsucker.

Yet Barry the commie coke head gets a free pass…..last time I checked, the economy is in shambles and millions of our friends and neighbors are out of work….Barry goes to this level in his campaign?..pathetic….Just like the Homosexual ‘agenda’, its a non-issue for sane people.

This is America, Bubba. Equality under the law is one of our ideals. If we do not live up to the ideals we claim to aspire to, we are a fraud.

I think we should all be asking the question what was “honestly disclosed” on Ms. Tressler’s job application. If, in fact, she did disclose that she was an exotic dancer and the HC hired her with that knowledge then I think she has a valid complaint. Exotic dancing apparently is a legal activity in the jurisdiction in which she lives and works. Because some may find it repugnant isn’t a reason for her termination especially if it was disclosed at the time of her application for the job.

Depending on exactly what questions were asked on the application and what was disclosed how can we rush to judgement? These important facts are omitted from this story. I hope the Blaze will continue to follow this as I’d like to know those answers and the final outcome.

Well Ralph, the national debt is 15 trillion, and rising, and your share is $100,000. Couldn't get more equal than that. And I don't think this is an ideal we aspire to live up to.

You're kinda mixing apples and alligators there, Bub. Say it slowly, "Equal treatment under the law."
The national debt thread is down yonder.

I agree, but we can try all we want, but the reality is things will never be equal.
AndI thought civil unions was answer for the GLBT crowd. Why all the sudden must it include the word "marriage"? For thousands of years, marriage has been between a man & a woman. Why redefine it? If mankind believes to know better than God, then define it civil union. Let mankind show we know more about equality than God does and create something better than marriage. Why change 2,000 + years of tradition?

Even though the reality may be that things will never be equal, we owe it to ourselves and our legacy to stand for fairness and equality because we are Americans and that's what America is about.
Many cultures throughout history have condoned polygamy.
In Micronesia marriages are informal, temporary arrangements that can be dissolved at any time.
The traditions of the the Judeo Christian world are not necessarily the last word on marriage.
Marriage is a tradition. A wonderful one that I've enjoyed for 35 years. But traditions evolve as cultures evolve. I too thought civil unions were a slick idea. But maybe that's because I'm a hetero guy.
To me, it doesn't seem like an issue that is worth dividing the country over.
You need to be aware that political types love "wedge issues" like abortion and gay marriage. They keep us fighting over issues they know will never be resolved to gin up passion in voters. It's a ploy to keep from being held accountable for their lack of solutions to real problems. We should unite over the issues that we all agree on, like jobs and financial security, like safe bridges and schools that are safe places to learn, like the dream that we will leave the world better than we found it.

All of this redundant studying and still they keep making the same dumb mistakes. Nobody knows how much all of this cost and results have gone missing, if there ever really were any.

This all sounds like a friend of a friend of a friend getting a friend a job.

As long as there are billions of dollars to be made by manipulating oil prices due to instability in that region, there will always be instability in that region. The money's too good to pass up.

Daily Horoscope for May 24

Aquarius

In complete contrast to yesterday, you have your head screwed on firmly today. Yet you won't be boringly sensible or drearily practical, so there's no danger of you having turned into a dry old stick overnight. It's a good day for keeping track of important details and processes, such as confirming a forthcoming appointment or filling in a form and then making a copy of it before sending it off.
