since the data will still be collected at local offices, it seems kinda' stoopid to me that folks if Raleigh will be a scrutin' the facts ... after all what they get will be whatever the local office gives them.

So if you present a forged or fraudulent doc that passes the test locally you have your license!

More of our tax dollars at work!
