Union members picket their own union

I'm really asking a question. One of the problems is that everybody hears stupid things that happen in a union shop.
I also understand stupid things happen in no union shops, but in the above case the slacker is simply fired. Can you do that in a union shop?
The other thing is how do you justify paying someone 15-18.00/Hr to push a broom?
My statement on the union donating was to show unions could do things against the majority's wishes. I'm not saying unions are bad, I just don't think they are right for EVERY shop.

I have worked no union shops also.You have your butt kissers ,who get away with anything.They would get raises as I did,and they did not hurt themselves.I lost vacation pays due to some idiotic excuse.Laid off & they kept slackers who missed work often. So much for me learing all jobs,& missing practically no work.Look at todays trib.

Have you ever considered that what your definition of "butt kisser" really is someone who is following the companies rules without the union mentality arrogance against owners and management?

As I was checking on the weather conditions I happened to notice the tags at the bottom where people can post comments about a subject of their choosing. I learned something from it. Every post in regards to something happening in the Latrobe Area winds up resulting in 40-50 comments where people merely insult each other. I am throwing my opinion out with this. WHO CARES! In the Latrobe Area you win by insulting. What method of argument is that. I can call you every name under the sun but never have any substance to an argument. You are all a disgrace to this community and one of the main reasons we stay stuck in a society of bigotry and stupidity.
