What was that? Monday Dec. 10, 2007 we were to have had a Christmas Parade. What Happened? Was it canceled? My family and I went to what should have been a Christmas parade but there was no Christmas feel in it. I have been to funerals with more excitement. The people that took our Christmas parade away with there rules & laws should be ashamed of themselves. If this is what Christmas parades are going to be like then we should just cancel Christmas parade in the future. You know they have taken Christ out of our schools & work places and now they have taken Christmas out of our parades. Whats next? Take Christ out of our hearts, Christians in this county need to be standing up for whats right. Don't let a few bad apples take everything away from us.
I would like to thank all that were in parade for they done the best they could do. I'm 45 yrs old and have seen alot of parades in Lexington but this parade will go down in history as the worst ever. This years parade was like setting in traffic on a saturday afternoon. Thanks to all that messed up Christmas, May God bless you!
