Hi I have visited there before once when they were having a community gathering outside the church. I haven't been to a indoor church service there though so I can't comment on that. The pastor is very nice and down to earth plus the congregation seemed very close nit.

Please study pentecostalism at this site before you decide to go. It is an off the wall denomination of bible believers that are led into believing the bible is incomplete and that the apostalic age is still in operation. You will suffer from learning the real truth with pentecostalism.

Seriously

Holland - Everything that you posted was very untrue. I also visited the link you posted and that is what is gibberish. Anyone who thinks that true and honest worship is foreign to the bible, has never read one. If you want to know about pentecostalism, you don't visit a negative site full of lies and hate to learn, you visit the source. We would love to have you at Landmark.

I use to go to this church several years ago. And I still visit as often as I can. The pastor is the one who first taught me WHY I had to be Baptised in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost. Thank God for TRUTH.. Because without it where would I be today? You HAVE to STAND for something or you will FALL for anything..I choose to stand for Truth.

My 14 yr. old son visits Landmark UPC in Lexington, NC and he really enjoys attending church there along with his dad. He is involved with the youth group. I think your church website is very nice and it teaches and preaches truth and that is what is very important in these last days we live in. I have been baptized in Jesus name for the remission of my sins, since I found truth in February 1994. I am now 37 yrs. old. Jesus is Good all the time to his people that serve him daily faithfully!

JESUS BLESS YOU!

I notice your post has been up some time but I would like to refute your statement. We United Pentecostals do NOT believe the bible is incomplete. What we believe is that Peter`s statement on the day of Pentecost holds true Acts 2:39-39. " Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and ye SHALL receive the gift of the Holy ghost. For the promise is unto YOU and YOUR children even as MANY as the LORD our God shall call". You really need to pray for understanding and get your facts straight before you try to tell someone else what is right.

I have been on the web site and find it repuslive. If you don't know what pentecost means then leave it alone until you do. To say it isn't in operation today is ludicrist. Hebrews 13:8 proves it. God does not change. Man tries to change the WOrd to suit themselves biut it won't work. The Apostles Doctrine is very much alive and in operation in the Apostolic pentecostal churches today.

i used to go to landmark upc back in 2002 with my exhusband and his family and friends.the church was wonderful i loved it a lot. the greatest church i had ever been to. still is, but i live in texas now and i go to shepard upc and they are almost as great as landmark.i miss pastor marshburn and his wonderful singing wife! she can realy tear up a keyboard.i love there music.(power) was my favorite song i wish i had the song still.so if you want to go to the greatest church in the world go to landmark,i would be if i still lived in good ol'N.C.this church is a god loving, spirit filled, touge speaking, music filled greatest church you could ever go to.so if you want to change your life around and live, love, worship and sing unto the good lord jesus this is the place to be. God Bless Landmark UPC and every one in it, thank you ,you have changed my life.

A real church is wonderful !!!I am afraid this type is a organization in need of direction. You may want to try a sanctioned, recogonized and sincere group. Most Methodist are wonderful people and down to earth.

There is entirely too much interdenominational sparring for me. It's no wonder we have a such a hard time getting sinners, backsliders and spiritually cold people into church. There is so much we're right. We're right. Our denomination is the way to go. No, we are the true church. On and on and on. I have been a Born Again believer for 42 years this coming March and I have heard this all my life. I am not directing this to you who truly believe the word of God and are born again. I am addressing this you may want to try a sanctioned, recognised and sincere group statement. Sanctioned by who? Recognised by Whom? Sincere. My Lord have mercy. There are sincere Jehovah Witnesses. There are sincere communists. The Moslem who did the shooting at Fort Hood is a sincere follower of allah. I have met wonderful people who get drunk on weekends. What does that have to do with it? The reason we have a moslem, muslim, in the White House is all this division in the Body of Christ. Don't you vote. We must keep the separation of church and state. Don't you get involved in politics. Come ye out and be a separated people. I have heard this all my life. Stop being divisive. Stop this nonsense of I'm right and you're wrong, my church is the true church. Stop it in the name of Jesus. Get out of denominationalism and get into true Christianity. Are you born again? are your sins under the blood of Jesus Christ? I certainly hope so. Vote. Get involved in politics and possibly we can get a born again Christian into the WH in 2012. Possibly we can get some Born Again people into the U.S. congress, the state legislatures and the state capitals. Some Born Again would be wonderful. I'm off my box now. Have a good day.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Gemini

Beware of taking on too much because it will be an effort to get through it all. You might even have to give up the unequal struggle, which won't do much for your ego or your reputation. Be especially careful about this if you're at work because a certain person may try to take advantage of what they see as your weakness or failure to deliver the goods.
