Seven days without air - wow. No calls, no time when tech will be there. Had to order parts for a system that they install and service. Never have I been without AC for so long. Bitch is they don't care. This is a company that Ball Homes uses so if you own or are thinking of buying a Ball home you will be in for a surprise. Just don't do it. Stivers will never EVER be allowed on my property again.

Had a real service company come out and had me running in about 20 minutes. Not 7 days. Stivers ordered a part. Wouldn't have fixed it though as it was a pinched wire that Stivers caused on the installation.

And the original post goes a long way in explaining why people I know who have purchased a Ball Home have so many maintenance problems. We will be going with a more reputable and integral company for our service.
