this and tv is where the story came that alcohol was suspected.so why go crazy yelling? start praying for them all and quit blaming they all need your prayers, Five airlifted to Lexington following KY 70 3-vehicle head-on

POLICE REPORTS

Five persons were injured and required airlifts to Lexington, KY, in a three car accident on KY 70, six miles west of Liberty, KY.

The accident occurred at around 1:00pmET. Jacob Miller, 22, Liberty, was operating a 1995 Dodge, traveling east on KY 70. A 1998 Chevrolet driven by Thomas Hayes, 41, Liberty, left the road to avoid a collision with the Miller vehicle, but was stuck in the side by it; The Jacob Miller vehicle continued on and struck a 2000 Chevrolet operated by Fred Ruiz head on.

Jacob Miller was flow to UK Hospital in Lexington. He was belted. KSP suspected use of alcohol.

Thomas Hayes was not injured. He was belted.

Fred Ruiz was flown to UK Hospital, as were passengers in his vehicle, Andita Ruiz, Adrianna Ruiz, and Carrie Luttrell, age 15, Russell Springs, KY, All occupants were belted at the time of the accident.

Trooper Mike Woodrum of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, investigated the incident.

Hayes also had a passenger, Jeff Lee 36. Who was also not injured. Hayes and Lee suffered only minor cuts and brusies from broken glass. All 3 vehicles were a total loss. The accident happened at 2:00 EDT.

Just a thought, it seems a lot of Casey residents either drive drunk or just can't drive period. I have experienced this several times passing through Casey Co.
