I overheard that there is soon to be an article in the Lexington Herald Leader about Eastern State Hospital shining a negative light on the greedy CEO's. Working floor staff have not had raises in 4 Years or longer. Yet the CEO's have gotten 6 figure bonuses. Something is certainly amiss here?!
