Warren is the best criminal around. He got me for $15,000 . The first ten was for representation on a drug charge. It was my first offense and he got me a 20 year prison sentence. The next five was for getting some other charges combined with the first. When I finally got out of prison I had to go back to court and take care of the charges that he was supposed to get combined. He did absolutely nothing for me. Other people with the same charge got less time in the same court and they used public defendants. He simply robbed me for $15,000.

so maybe he'll get 20 years instead of life. He killed that chick and should rot and be responsible for his actions. he's a drunken abuser who has done this before!

Warren Scoville maybe should be reported to the Kentucky Bar Association as it looks to some like their trying to keep this Nunn's property from being taken in a lawsuit by the dead woman's family by claiming it was paid out as an attorney fee. As Warren Scoville is not worth any 200K or 20 cents for that matter.

The home may be valued at 200K but how much does Steve owe on it? Scoville would have to pay off the mtg now that he has taken possession. His cut could be much less. I don't know any details; I am just trying to use a little common sense. Also atty fees are HUGE especially in a murder case so atty fees are eating away at the equity as we speak.

There's always that cute little thing also where if a "suspect" does have a mortgage and not in the position to make his payments, a bank can foreclose and maybe the attorney picks up the foreclosure for who knows...maybe $10.ha

Attorneys obtain people's properties all the time by taking it as collateral for "services rendered". I bought my first house from an attorney (who had acquired the house in the same way...services rendered to some party), but he didn't of course want to tell me that. So, having some knowledge of lien placements, etc., I ran my own search of UCC filings and learned who he acquired it from and at closing when I pulled out my search...he freaked! It was funny really.

Yeah, thanks. I see alot of "slick willies". I just remember that lawyer almost dropped his teeth when I pulled out that search. He promptly looked so scared and said "uh, don't pull that out here" and I said "and why not?" ha (it made for better negotiations). You can really find out alot of stuff running those searches. The first search will give you UCC File numbers, then there's another form you list those file numbers and they'll give you what's listed under those numbers. Anyone who holds a lein files those both with the county they live in, and, the Secretary of State office of your state. It costs a few dollars, but it's worth it. ha

Have to tell you a joke in line with this. In Chicago,of course, it's very cold in winters. One day a client walked into my office freezing to death and said "I just passed a lawyer outside walking down the street and he had his hands in his own pockets". I laughed so hard!

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Pisces

You're lacking in energy and resources today, which will soon slow you down and make you feel as though you're wading through treacle. The only way to cope is to have as many breaks as possible, and not to set yourself impossible goals that you could never hope to meet. You're also very susceptible to the criticisms or put-downs of others, but do your best to ignore them.
