Yes.

Blood (or scraping of tissue) collects cells for DNA comparison.

You opened it, so you believe in it too. Something good will happen to you between 12:00 pm and 9:00 pm tomorrow. No catch. It could happen anywhere or anytime; you will fix your relationship problems for the next 2 years, maybe it was someone you once loved (or still do) and can't get them out of your mind, or money, or something you lost, or just someone that's given you a helping hand. To spread the positive karma, re-post this in another city in the next 10 minutes. You will get the shock of your life tomorrow. I believe. I hope you do too. What do you have to lose?

You can request a dna test. However, if it comes back 99.99% then you are required to pay the fee which I believe is $500.00. There is no 100% factor in determining absolute dna, 99.9% is the absolute highest. If you request the dna test, it comes back negative then she is required to pay for it if she is claiming the child(ren) are yours and they turn out not to be. Good luck.

I don't think anything is 100%, but it's damn close.
Fallacy with the system;
*DNA can be manipulated in labs now.
*Certain people, known as Chimaras, can, believe it or not, have different DNA in different sections of the body. ie.. left hand versus right hand.

no there is nothing he can do lol...why would he want that? so he won't have to pay child support?..he can avoid the test up to a year without going to jail..unless he has been served with a subpoena to do so...and the test is not $500, it is $146, which will be added on the case as the child support payments are. If he doesn't want to pay child support he can ask to terminate his rights and support, but the mother would have to agree...If she is that much of a b_tch that he does not want the dna to show that it's his child, than she will probably let him give up the rights if he goes after visitation and all that....Why wouldn't he want to be in his child's life?

Nope,.. short of bribing the tester, the only thing you can do is pay child support and start wearing protection.
