Work hard for others stuff

Is anyone else tired of working really hard for everything they got, not being able to buy any toys, just barely making the bills, and budget grocery shopping, only to see someone thats on welfare driving brand new trucks, having big tv's, race cars, motorcycles, 2 other cars, and a house furnished with all name brand furnishings. What about standing in line at the grocery store and seeing someone buying 20 lbs. of the best steak and all the trimmings only to pay with food stamps. I dont mean to bitch but its just messed up we all work are asses off then some people on welfare have the nicest top of the line stuff. How is it that some of them make 1000.00 a week and still get welfare? Some people need it and i support it, but its a damn shame when those people get denied the help because ohios already paying out to much government funds to all the deadbeats. If you can afford all kinds of toys and brand new stuff you dont need welfare. Use the money you spent on your toys and building more to feed your family.

This all frustrates me also! I know too many people who are on welfare, but have nicer things than myself. Pulling in a welfare check and food stamps, yet they have a freakin $200 cell phone, brand new car, name brand clothes, and going out all the time. Sometimes I think I should just stop working and do what they do. Hell, I would have a lot more.

Well, I will take that back. I would rather take pride what I work hard for. I don't want to live off of everyone else.

Yeah i know some people in degraff have 2-5 kids are under 30 have brand new everything, vehicles name brand clothes, expensive house, 200.00 cell phones, custom built race car, go to the bar every weekend, shop every weekend, and go on vacations all the time, yet they are on foodstamps and cash assistance and the medical card cause they just cant afford to take care of their kids. yet they make more money then half of the people in degraff. i take pride in buying my own stuff to and i dont like to be hateful and jelous, it just irritates me that ill be at a store and eying something ive wanted for ever and have to say well i gotta pay this bill and i gotta buy these groceries i wont have enough. You know something special you have wanted for a long time, then you see some girl next to you at walmart with 3 carts of groceries and shes paying with foodstamps then her huband and her lift a 42" plasma tv up for the worker to scan and paid 1200.00 cash for it. Makes a whole lotta sense huh? Well i guess i could thank all of us for buying that for them huh! Thats what erks me.

I know what you mean i see a certain person from degraff all the time at the grocery stores in bellefontaine buying expensive, steak,pork loin,brats,seafood, and a ton of other stuff on their foodstamps. They eat like kings while the rest fo us that work for their money cant afford 50.00 steaks every meal, i guess that what makes the stuff special to us though. Heres the kicker same girl that buys all that stuff on her foodstamps drives a 40,000.00 truck that is paid off and at the store i saw her buy a 950.00 stainless steel gas grill and when they rand it up and i was by her and heard how much it was she said to the cashier that they were buying this grill to have 2 because of the parties they throw, and then she counted out all 100's and fifties, and paid cash for it.

and how do you know they pay with food stamps, it is on a debit card now and very hard to tell if it is that or a debit card. I think maybe if your so jealous go get a second job and get ya some new stuff.

when you are standing by someone you can clearly hear the cashier ask ebt credit or debit and the foodstamp car says ohio direction card on it, they made it a debit card so it would be less embarassing for all the rich people on welfare to pay with food stamps youll see alot of them on the 3rd of the month walmart works 8 extra cashiers for the welfare rush i dont need a damn second job then ill be paying the people on welfare twice as much of my money you just wait til you lose your job and welfare tells you they cant give you any benifits cause the states paying out to much then you walk out of the welfare office and see 10 brand new cars pulling in to go get visit their caseworker and get more welfare

How does a metro house in the Degraff/quincy area get metro and welfare when they have a brand new honda accord, a brand new chevy silverado a harley softail, a harley sporster, and a custom painted trans am. Not to mention the other chevy truck thats lifted with lots of custom parts its 3 people a man woman and there kid. they are on full blown welfare and live in government housing. the motorcycles and cars are over 100,000.00 altogether new, why does a man and wife need this many vehicles and need welfare? if they can afford all that shit they can afford their own damn bills im tired of paying them. i mean c'mon a soft tail is over 20,000 new and the brand new honda accor is 24-29,000 new. Thats more then alot of people in our community make and yet these people live off the government and our tax dollars and they have more money then most of degraff and quincy's residents. All we are saying is its a bunch of bs, you'll get mad to when a close family freind of yours thats worked hard at the same place for 13 years loses his job and the company went under and they have 2 kids 1 in college and one in high school and a wife to support, they applied for some help (food stamps, to help feed their kids while he tried to find another job and welfare denied him with the reason for to much welfare given out in logan county right now and the state cant afford it, maybe the state ought to repo some of the other guys cars and sell them to help the deficit and help the people who need temporary help get it. Thank god the local church helped the guys family and he just found another job, but guess what kicker is now that hes working again his tax dollars are going right back to the welfare fund for some one to get another car that they dont need.

my cousin owns a gas station and people on welfare are supposed to look for jobs if they are unemployed and the state has them get a list of everywhere they apply and turn it in if they arent working. My cousin called this girl that had him sign her list for an interview and she said she didnt want the job cause she would lose her benifits if she showed to much income. A little too comfortable on welfare ytou think? But thats ok right we just need to get another job so we can have nice stuff right, we should work all 3 shifts a damn day to afford to get a nice car and be able to get free medical and food. No we shouldnt have to we should get to enjoy are life to, but im glad im not on welfare and i pay for my own food it taste so much better when i know i worked for every last damn crouton in the bag.im just saying that its sad people try to help and the people getting all the free shit dont wanna work. they might miss one of there favorite daytime tv shows, which by the way apparently looks so much clearer on a brand new plasma that they baught with their welfare check.

Like everything good, people abuse it. The welfare system was and is a much needed program for people down on their luck. The system was never meant to be used as a career choice. It saddens me that people are content to live off others and pass the lifestyle down to their children. These poor kids live what they know.
It irrates me when people that need assistance for a short time can't receive it because of the lazy worthless people that have elected to spend their whole life sponging off the rest of us that work hard everyday for the things we have. It is difficult for me to accept that some of these welfare abusers live as well or better than the people that are working every day and trying to budget expenses and keep food in their cupboards. My blood boils when the welfare slime blames society and everyone for their situation when these leaches add nothing to society but disgrace.
Like most of the systems set up with good intentions, our government has destroyed them. It is so sad that we have allowed the low lifes of our country to have the best our system can offer. The hard working American that does everything that is right is the minority today. Welfare slime and criminals have more priviledges than the average American. I guess it is wrong to blame the worthless contributors of humanity when the government supports them and defends them.

Ohhhh Damn it, don't get me started on this. I saw two grown strong men using their babys mommys ohio cards to buy t-bones and crab legs the other day. It gets worse, then they loaded it up into a caddy escalade. Must be nice to sit on your --- and let us buy it for u.

OBAMA does not want people free loading on welfare. What he is doing is trying to make sure everyone can recieve health insurance. he also gave the rest of us hard workers the stimulus check to help us out and hes working on a credit to put towards a new car. The Welfare system does suck but OBAMA walked into a big mess. hes doing the best he can.
On 4th of july walmart and krogers had all kminds of people getting t bones and more for their cook outs and paying with their food stamps.

Yea, oh genius one, that $600 stimulus check I got in the mail really saved my ass. Everyone should've been able to pay off those mortgages and car payments after that generous gift from the government. Get real!

wtf did bush ever do for you, was there ever even a stimulus package? just be happy you got something, and the indians got reservations and can get casinos in places we cant free college etc. no taxes, so think before you get on here bumpin your gums. Maybe they should make a reservation for idiots like you. I'm sure you wouldn't mind if the government showed up one day and ran you out of your home forever and shipped you off to some shithole. without bail outs wed loose so many businesses and jobs the economy would go even farther down the drain and everything goes through the checks and balances system so its noit just obama everything is voted on. 600 is better then zero isnt it. tell me im wrong 1 dollar is better then none. atleast we get something extra 600 will cover a utility mortgage car payment or ytou could buy something you cant splurge the rest of the year
