COURTS: Judge OK's dropping charges against ex-Lew-Port board member

A lengthy case involving stalking charges against former Lewiston-Porter Board of Education member Leonard Palumbo was resolved earlier this week in Town of Wheatfield court.
Take a good look at this case. Now tell me that unions do not control this state!
Polumbo said he wanted to go to trial? Don't you have to agree to an ACD? I think he is full of it.
