Spruce cove and willshire apts

does any1 else think that these 2 complexes r turning n2 a drug haven like lewis terrace? List your bad dealings with these 2 places if u have any!

dont forget fort springs apartments,they all three need cleaned out,but apparently management wont do it!!!!!!!!!!

did you ever think that management needs to be removed from these places and start over?

Not that bad of a place really managment cant help what goes on behind closed doors if you suspect drugs then maybe you should do some assistance and help them clean it up and stop bad mouthing places that have affordable places for people not so rich

I agree with you Lol. Management can't control everything that goes on.

well how can management clean the places up when they themselves buy drugs off of their tenants and the repair man?

in most cases management just wants your rent and otherwise they dont care what happens.sad sad situation.

Just because there is sum sour apples that does reside in these apartments doesnt make it managments fault.I know alot Myself on spruce cove but i leave that to the higher ups to invistigate not my responsibilty as a tenant to do so.

I do believe it is sad on the old maintance man ernie at spruce cove.HIm and his lady Kim bragg stoled from a apartment a lot Of my baby things when i was moving out.I am in the process of suinging them now to get my crib and other items back

Managment is nice though and people shouldnt judge her due to the maintance mans and his girlfriends responsibilty of stealing from apartments and their own drug habits.I feel bad for them cause they are strung out and steal from a innocent child.

true they are all over the place but when it is common knowledge that these complexes have lots of drug trafficking and nothing is done by management yeah there is a real problem there.

exactly my point people continue to b*tch and moan over drugs in these apartment complexes maybe they should look at who is running them and what they are doing because it seems like everyone in gbr county knows about the drugs going in and out of there and where are the cops at? hmm well you tell me great way to spend tax money. and idk if you can't read the title of this forum it's spruce cove and willshire apartments not everywhere else.

Hey lol kim sold or gave away that crib and other things. i saw the people loading it in a red blazer a few weeks ago. good luck getting it back tho.
