Many states and societies decided somewhere in time that the mourning dove was a game bird, eligible for death and hands of persons who shoot for sport. Civilized societies spare and protect our song birds; and yet a bird whose call is, to many of us, the most pleasant and soothing of all is not on this list. Those who marked the dove for violent death could never have heard this gentle bird sing or watched it as it sat with its mate on the tree limb or a power line as the sun went down. I feel that the Almighty had other plans than slaughter when He put this beautiful songster on Earth.
There is a passage in Harper Lee's book, "To Kill a Mocking Bird," in which a girl growing up in a small Southern town is told that it is a sin to kill a mocking bird because they "don't do one thing but sing their hearts out for us." All the Dove do is sit watch and show us how to love. |

Hot weather
Think Don't forget to give some cool water For the Birds to drink And cool off in. ECCLES 12:14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. |

<< Ecclesiastes 11 >>
Matthew Henry's Concise Commentary on the Bible 11:1-6 Solomon presses the rich to do good to others. Give freely, though it may seem thrown away and lost. Give to many. Excuse not thyself with the good thou hast done, from the good thou hast further to do. It is not lost, but well laid out. We have reason to expect evil, for we are born to trouble; it is wisdom to do good in the day of prosperity. Riches cannot profit us, if we do not benefit others. Every man must labour to be a blessing to that place where the providence of God casts him. Wherever we are, we may find good work to do, if we have but hearts to do it. If we magnify every little difficulty, start objections, and fancy hardships, we shall never go on, much less go through with our work. Winds and clouds of tribulation are, in God's hands, designed to try us. God's work shall agree with his word, whether we see it or not. And we may well trust God to provide for us, without our anxious, disquieting cares. Be not weary in well-doing, for in due season, in God's time, you shall reap, Ga 6:9. |

Judged:
1 Who Talked With Birds The song of the birds is a salute to life and in each song is a message of love. Happy are they who can understand the notes trilled so clearly by the beautiful birds. Some say that birds speak with each other in their own language and that this language is universal and full of harmonies that have no equal in the world. Among the Mayans who lived long ago there were people who could understand clearly those messages of the birds and who enjoyed immensely those beautiful dialogues and all the words they sang. Sometimes they were quick to heed the prophecies they heard. Sometimes the birds only sang, but other times their notes were messages for passers-by. |

The moment the little boy is concerned with which is a jay and which is a sparrow, he can no longer see the Birds or hear them sing.

Don't forget to water the Doves and Birds
As well as the deer they are having babies this time of the year again. Use to be in the spring now even in the fall. Don't kill Bambi Mother. During a harsh winter, Bambi and his mother go to the meadow and discover a patch of new grass, hearalding the arrival of spring. As they eat, his mother senses a hunter and orders Bambi to flee. As they run, gun shots ring out. When Bambi arrives at their thicket, he discovers his mother is no longer with him. He wanders the forest calling for her, but she doesn't answer Do you want the baby deer to strave. Delay hunting season. |

Sept 1 is coming soon get your guns cleaned up and the seed on the ground. Dove season starts and I'm ready. Been seeing a lot of them and the colliared doves also, they don't count on your bag and are bigger.

That's because she is on the grill and daddy is on the wall. |

itistime one question what about "bambie" the baby deer shall they starve with out a mother Just because you want to kill |
|
Poor Poor little baby deer What will the babies do Poor Poor baby Deer You need to watch the Bambie tale your mother should have read you that book Please get it and read it Poor Poor Baby Deer. Besides that I thought it was against the Law to bait the doves by putting seed on the ground. Poor Poor baby deer and baby doves. |
|
The babies are big enough to take care of themselfs by the time hunting seasons open. Plus that is why there coyotes to take care of the ones that can't make it. Poor dog has to eat. Well I guess we need to put dog food out for them now. I did see the movie but have you ever seen what happens when there to many of any wildlife? It is a lot worst. |
|
Did you cry during the movie? I did and still do when I think about the poor little Bambie deer the pain and fear that must have been in it’s Heart and mind to lose a mother who was so kind. Did you not ever looked at a mother deer how she looks at her baby deer are how a mother bird looks at their young when they feed them are when they are romping and playing in the pasture are the air. Don't you really think all mothers care for their young and have feeling just like our mothers do when it comes to their babies and life. Look at them when they are dying they grasp and cling too life, just like you are I would. I could understand if you were hungry to maybe shooting a buck. but to kill a mother with babies are who might have babies. I just don't understand how you can. You do understand I don't judge you for it It is between you and God. You have to live with it on your consonance I just remind you about it. For latter in life you will remember the look of death and starvation. It’s not a pretty picture. |
