For Rent In Marshall County

Good rental property and good tenants are hard to come by. If you have houses/apartments for rent, post them here. Serious responses only, please.

Acorn Hills is in Lewisburg, has 4 bedroom, 2 baths, one car attached garage, lawn and home maint. for $545 a month. They are one and two story homes.

Ellington House Apartments, beside Kroger, has one bedroom, one bathroom apartments for $385-$395 a month. They also have 2 and 3 bedroom apts. The 3 bedrooms are about $585 a month last time I checked.

Hope that helps, there are many listed in the local paper each week. And you can try calling the realtors, sometimes they have rentals.

No offense but if I'm gonna pay that much, I'm gonna buy a house. That's ridiculous to rent for that high ESPECIALLY in Lewisburg, TN!!!!

Just passing on information, no offense taken! Some can't get financing (and pay for insurance and property taxes) for buying a home, but I am always amazed at what you get for the amount of money they want. With the 2 I mentioned, I know what you get. But go to some of the rentals and see what they want $500 or $600 a month for. I was shocked this past spring when I was checking out places to rent. It was not good! Many of the houses are run down, in bad neighborhoods, etc.

Buying a house is good but you can't up and move as easy from certain neighbors. Our house notes are less than the one bedroom by Kroger. I long for an apartment getaway in another town to work and have visits here to keep the place in good condition.

Thanks but I don't remember seeing a Town Square in Ardmore. It is one of the places we like.

I can't believe some of the prices for apartments in this town. I live in a brand new house in a new sub-division and my mortgage is less that some of these apartments that have been listed and my mortgage includes taxes and insurance.

I was scared when I first started thinking about buying a house but it is alot easier than you think. Right now they will practically fight to give you a loan b/c the housing market is taking a dump. Plus the prices of houses just dropped as well. Now is the time to buy a house.

I saw for rent signs on 2 homes on Belfast ave this afternoon. One one the Krystal & on on top of the hill on the left

Call the real estate offices..I have rented homes 2 times through them.
