Is this actually the same company. And there is always an exception to every rule. Looks like the bad outweight the good in this case.

This article is inaccurate one more than a couple counts. I actually participate in the program currently, and fees are very transparent and not as high as they were described as above. In my case, I pay 10% of the value of any coupons I order (thus $.10 on a dollar coupon) and can order as many or as few coupons as I like for a flat $.75 shipping fee.
The other day I ordered about $35 of individually picked coupons, and paid $4.19 for the 10% value of the coupons plus the $.75 shipping fee. GrocerySavers also throws in extras of the coupons I pick that equal the $4.00 I paid out in fees, which sorts of cancels it out. When I went to my nearest grocery store which happens to be a SuperFresh, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they double any coupons worth less than a dollar, which made my total savings a few dollars higher than I had expected.
I would not have found those coupons on my own as I don't order any newspapers containing them, so for me this is definitely a win, and the small fees are definitely going to be less than the total savings as the coupons are all on things I usually plan to buy anyways.
Next time please do a little more careful research before you put it up as fact!

I heard this on my way home tonight. Thank you for the heads up because times are already tough with a one income household without the added scam.

I have not received my welcome kit yet and want to camel and get a refund! What phone number do I call? I can't locate my information I wrote down. Thanks for your help!

I had to cancel. Heard the ad on the radio, called in to try it out, was told that we would receive $2000 worth of "certificates" to use towards our groceries...I even went over certain brands with the guy on the phone to see if it would apply for us, as we use a lot of whole food, all natural type things...The Customer Service guy made it sound like you go up to the cashier, present this certificate, and find out whether or not you have a balance due and that information is then sent electronically to the company to let them know what products folks are buying...
Took quite awile to receive "welcome kit" which was just a pamphlet listing the companies involved and a letter giving the internet address on which you order coupons. The letter also had return information. Obviously, I realized the program was NOT different from those mentioned here, but it WAS different from its advertising, therefore I called to cancel, followed the instructions in their letter "to the letter"...and still saw no refund on my credit card. I called my CC as soon I sent the return "package" (please, it was one tiny pamphlet), and told them that I what was going on...they said that if I didn't receive a refund by one month from that day, to let them know. So, I did, and THEY (my CC company) gave me the refund, though they said that grocery savers had a certain amount of time to dispute or what have you...
luckily I had the tracking numbers, etc, for my return, so there can be no return.
It might be a good program for those into extreme couponing, but otherwise just a time taker..
PLUS, the original customer service guy also said when I was about to place my order, that there would not be ANY additional charges EVER, that he $19.95 fee was it. Wrong. If you have to pay a percentage of the coupon, and the shipping, I believe that means you are paying something else
Switch and bait, anyone?

Here's what you do. Go into the grocery store of your choice and proceed to the produce department. Once there, take a massive sh^t in the middle of the aisle and while doing so scream as load as possible, "Vote obama!" Within two weeks a pre-paid card from the Department of Parasite Affairs will be sent to you. Also, the more instances of public defecation you perform the more parasite cards will be sent to you.

I called and never left a message but some how (caller ID) they called me back informing me about the "stimulus package." After listening to the lady she told me about the catch and that I can't buy alcohol or cigarettes and that I could only buy name brand items. She also told me that the activation for the card is usual $19.95 but on that day (1/10/12) they had a special for $5.95. I started asking questions about who is sponsoring this offer (she assured me it was safe) and if I could check out a website to find out more info about it. The lady informed me that the radio stations have to follow strict FCC regulations and they would not do anything to jepordize their business. I say money talks and BS walks. She informed me that I would receive that info after I paid the fee and I told her that I was on my computer now and could look it up. Well, she hung up on me but i called back and I guess they put an alert on my phone because the man who answered the phone this time hung up on me as well. I think it is time to report them to the FBI for fraud.

You know it's a real shame how some continually try to get over on consumers. I heard about this ad on a reputable radio station, told friends about this too. I am glad that I did my research first. As hard as times are now, shame on you NEILSEN. I guess if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is.

I heard the AD on the Radio here in Jackon,MS and this a SCAM... The Rep asked me to get a family or friend credit card to pay the fee of $19.99 when I told her I didn't have one. She then told me she would call me back on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 7 pm to get the card number....LOL When I tried to ask if this was funded by the USA government she hung up.

I unfortunately bought into this "program" too and when I called thecustomer service number that the sales rep had given me, all I got was a machine. So if there's anyone on here that has a customer service number that I can use, I would surely appreciate it.

I heard the radio announcement this morning about recieving $2000 in grocery coupons, and didnt hesitate to call the number since we spend about $600 a month on groceries and other household items. When I called, the lady explained that the coupons could be used at any store and was good on any item that had a bar code including prepackaged fruits and veggies. Then she asked for a credit or debit card number for the $19.95 shipping and processing fee which can be refunded in the form of a rebate check. However, how can you charge me for shipping if I have the option to get the coupons emailed to me in 1 business day. Told her I'd call back and googled "2000 in free groceries" and amazingly, there is a whole page of people and news companies saying its a scam.$20 for $2000 in "cash checks" is worth it, but if I have to then send off more money to recieve the actual coupons I want to use, then how the hell is it free? I would love the savings, but how do you save with all the extra hidden cost?

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Taurus

Try hard not to let money or possessions come between you and a friend today, unless it's over something that has got to be sorted out before it goes any further. For instance, if someone owes you money and has consistently failed to pay it back, this is a good day for mentioning it to them and finding out what's going on. If necessary, you may have to be quite vehement.
