I have heard a little bit about this story but really not in detail as this article portrays. Isn't this the guy that said he did all of this due to a drug addiction? If so that is a bunch of bull$hi+. This guy is nothing more than a common criminal and got off on the fact that he got away with his first crime. Therefore it all escalated until he was eventually caught. I bet this guy has been reeking havoc in Delaware County for years but just now got caught due to his arrogant stupidity. Basically if this guy gets off with some sort of drug rehab program because he was a fireman in the county I will be pi$$ed.

Well james i can tell you " for a fact " because ive personally known kim ash for a number of years. Hes nothing but scum ! and i for one hopes he rots in prison " which " i believe he will because of extensive crime spree , armed robbery , kidnapping , attempted kidnapping assault , and drugs of course. nobody forced him to take all those drugs, nobody forced him to commit these crimes. he made the decision on his own & you are more likely correct cause i feel this is not his first " crime spree " he just got really stupid this time. i feel for all his victims especially " susan " the lady he kidnapped at knife point in her apt "which he broke into " made her drive him to columbus , used her atm card took her money and finally turned her lose in a alley in columbus. she is elderly disabled lady & her husband is also disabled. its very sad to think this man was trusted by so many at one time!

The news article stated he is accountable for 84 years in jail. Fine. How about 84 years after he receives a tar and feathering and then fed to the vultures. Of course the vultures may not have him as they, more than likely, have some values that are much higher than his.

To anniesdream - We may not agree on the'92 Yugo but this seems to be one area where we do concur. Yes, the sewer rats would consider this vermin trash, rubbish and garbage.
