I'm thinking the mother may have some legal or political ties. This is ridiculous to think that someone would not be charged for this.

Gee, if it was anyone else in Delaware County othr than a county worker they would be charging us.
So who is this lady and what does she know that the county is protecting their butts by not charging her. On of the reasons we left Delaware County the law only applies to those they want it to and well the rest of us they could careless.

Prime example Al Myers and all the laws he violated and got away with.

Newborn Lifeline is a national organization operating a 24 hour hotline to prevent unsafe infant abandonment. It is wonderful that this baby was found and is safe, but the story could have had a very unfortunate ending. We want women to know that it is legal to take your newborn to a designated location and leave him/her with an employee to be placed for adoption with no questions asked.

Any woman who finds herself pregnant and alone, trying to figure out what to do is encouraged to call 866-694-2229. We are here and ready to help.

Actually, we see this happen often when the baby is found and is alive and safe. Frequently the prosecuter would rather spread the word about the right way to do this, than to scare more women into making this kind of decision. What we want here is a safe mom and safe baby. I hope this gets the word out that their are safe legal ways to leave your baby. Calling 866-694-2229 is a great way to find help if you are pregnant and don't know what you are going to do.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Taurus

Someone gets in a bit of a muddle today and it could take some unravelling. For instance, they might get their wires crossed, leading to all sorts of misunderstandings. You might also encounter someone who is trying to rewrite history, perhaps because they can't bear to remember things as they really were. Should you set them straight or leave well alone?
