He ran away with his tail between his legs. The guy we have to thank for higher taxes and higher sewer rates, just like our president blame it on the past elected officials and take no responsibility in the mess that he created.

We can only hope all the Bilger Buffalo desendants would move out of Penndel. What a much nicer place it would be. Who knew there were so many honest & highly qualified people that showed interest in running the town after Smith resigned unlike the dirty dems and bee-bop.
