Septic system situation hits compliance snag

They are good people, just so happens they choose not to allow the "good old boy" network run thier lives. Sad to hear Lowell's health took a downturn.
I'll keep you guys in my prayers, for health, and also the strength to deal with inept gov officials.

Did anyone ever say that monies were escrowed to put in a new septic system when they bought the property.
