Hasn't there been enough suffering. Craig was stupid for drinking and driving. He killed a good friend and has to live with it. Now the state is going to spend more time and money for what.

worcester county always wants a conviction on everything they are the only ones i know of that will dismiss a case and RE-INDICT somebody on the same charge just to have more time...this county is so corrupt we are too blind to even see it or notice it,this guy will eventually plea to something ridiculous and hopefully the superior sourts dont "accidentally" miss place the paper work or type in the 'WRONG' things...worcester county..WHAT A SHAME

As for the autopsy report, hmm pretty sure he crack his skull and didnt need a foot suregery 5 years later because of the accident. Craig didnt F*** anything up. Bobby was old enough to know right from wrong. He didnt put a gun to Bobby's head and say get in my car. Actually if you must know he was told not to get in the car by a bunch of our friends. He did anyways. He wasnt the only person in that car. Tom Miller another friend joined them. Pretty sure we learn in HS the risks of getting in a car with our friends after drinking. There was plenty of timesBobby drove drunk home too. The only reason why all was well at the end of the day at Kits house was because Bobby was with his boys. With people he could really talk too. Kit such a great father why didntheever sit down with Bobby and get through his head not to drink and drive, not to get in a car with someone who had been drinking, not to steal his moms pills and sell them, not to do a lot of stupid childish shit. If you could have only seen Bobby's face the light up with happiness the first time he saw Craig after the accident. Those two loved eachother. Ya know the Kincads are not the only people who lost someone they loved that day. Craig is far from trash and far from a scumbag. He was a 22 year old young man who when out to celebrate a friends 21st birthday, got into an accident and a passanger who happened to be his best friend wasnt buckled, wasnt sitting in a seat, got severly injured. It is all their faults for making the same mistake and getting in that car. Bobby was a big boy he knew what he was risking. Young adults dont look at life that way. And to Gimmie a break, you probally have no idea what you are talking about, your probably not even from the area your just looking to start trouble. Go back to playing warcraft, eating McDonalds, and having no friends. Only losers like you get off by knowing nothing and speaking when you shoudltn. Apparently those that are the worse offenders think they are entitled to drive under the influence, and if they kill someone, oh well they shouldnt have been in the car with me.

The apathy and condencending attitude that it's ok to drink and drive even if you only had 1 or 2 is whats killing people on our roads.

The courts and DA's have to step forward and start for one of requireing bail for repeat offenders. Apparently they didn't get it with their first conviction.

Until serious concern by Judges and DA's of those charged for DWI for no bail for some to posotive prosecution and sentences. Quit the wishy washy attitude on drunks behind the wheel and start slapping them in jail and some serious fines.
No more back room atty/client/prosecutor deals.

Enough is Enough people!! Do you know what tomorrow is, Bobby's birthday and I would like to think of Bobby before this terrible accident. I do NOT condone drinking or driving, but to sit here and hash up all everything that happened 5 years ago is tiring and heartbreaking. I was at the hospital the day after the accident and our friend Mike said it best: It's everyones fault. Its craig fault for driving, Bobby's fault for getting into the car and not wearing a seatbelt, all of our faults for not fighting harder to take away the keys, and the police officer following us into the parking lot and watching people trying to take away the keys from Craig and not doing anything. I believe Craig needs to take full responsibilty for this terrible tragedy, but I do show him compassion for the fact that he needs to live for the rest of his life knowing that he made a TERRIBLE decision, one that he can't take back, that lead to the demise of Bobby. I know for a fact that Bobby would not like all this fighting and trashy name calling and I don't think it is appropriate to sit here and talk what Craig and Bobby did in the past whether it was illegal or not, and to talk about Kit and Bobby's relationship is heartbreaking.

Its a terrible tragedy, and not something that people should be hurling insults back and forth. It was a bad decision and a terrible accident, and I feel terrible for both families. No one quite gets it unless they have been through it. I feel that Mr. Kincaid is angry but mostly heart-broken. Many of us turn our pain into anger..it is a defense mechanism. Hopefully he will learn how to deal with the pain. It is a hoorible pain that never goes away. But we learn to cope and move on and somehow live. As for the cousin, Shana...you are doing more harm than good. You should learn when to shut up. Your words are hurtful and mean to towards the Kincaids' and you show no class.

Bobby was in a coma for four months and after that could not talk, walk or eat on his own. he couldnt even shower or use the effing bathroom. He was confined to a bed and a chair for four and a half years of his life because of Craigs mistake. you really think the time Craig did is justice for the Kincaids? Im somoene who clearly knows the family way more then you did and was by Bobbys side from August 14th 2004 till the day he died. Kit is an excellent father, yes Bobby made a bad choice, yes Bobby was drinking, yes Bobby got into the car but that doesnt mean Bobby is responsible for what happened to him. didnt your beloeved cousin take drivers ed? because im pretty sure they teach you that regardless of the cirumstances you are responsible for your passangers.
