I have no sympathy for these people. They are breaking the law by even being in the country with no papers so they have no one to blame when they get deported. And, if these people are so worried about their kids they should have gained entry to the US legally. Since they did not.....good ridence to all the criminals they catch and hopefully this will not be last raid that happens.

If they came into the U.S. the right way they wouldn't have anything to fear. Who cares if they can't work. The don't have the right to. They need to go back to their own country.

If they are illegal. They are ILLEGAL!

Maybe if they were legal this won't have happened. Should they get special
treatment......I don't think so!!!! |

Afraid? They SHOUULD be afraid. Anyone who breaks the law should be afraid. Heck, I'm afraid when I go 70 in a 55. They should be arrested and deported. If they want to leave their anchor children here in the US, maybe foster care can be arranged. Otherwise, take the kids with the parents and put them on the bus to wherever.

1 Many people, every day, come to this country legally and work towards becoming naturalized citizens. They should come back through the proper channels if they do not want to worry about INS raids. On another note, the businesses who hire illegal aliens should be held legally liable and accountable as well. Employees using stolen SSNs to gain employment?!? Say someone puts the name "Susan Smith" and a SSN matching that name on an application. When you interview that person they look Hispanic and can't speak English. Wouldn't that raise a red flag?!? The employer would have to know that something is amiss. Or can anyone put a valid SSN with a different name on an application? I do not believe that the employers are unwitting participants in this situation. |
