I heard they were casting extras for a Zombie flick in Lenox. For some reason, I mistakenly thought it was in Essex Iowa. Does anyone know anything?

As far as I know, casting for both principles and extras has been completed and filming starts locally this week (I think). I attended the open casting call and am going to be part of a shoot this week. I am so happy there has been a boom in movies being made in Iowa...let's hope it continues!

they started filming before the 14, some of the special effects crew and 2 of the actors are staying here in Red Oak They becan checking in on the 8th

I just read on Twitter tonight that they lit a huge bonfire in the town square and debris are all over the street. That sounds so cool. I wish I was there to see that. Heh.
