I work at Greer Labs. It's a good place to work depending on which department you work in. The benefits are great except the vacation and personal time, and they pay really good. You looking for a job there?

My mother works at greer lab for 11 years now.She enjoys it and says its a great place to work.

I work at Greer Labs and have for about 6years and I like it. Everywhere you work there are going to be confict with something or a way they do things but you are not there to make friends you are there to make a living and provide for your family and in some departments they need more indians and less cheifs and they may get some stuff done.

I agree with 243. The benefits suck as well as the pay.Tammy J. can kiss my ass ,what a bi]ch.They treat the employees like sh|t,fu<k Greer Labs.Iwas there for a few years,I know from experience .Don't go to work there ,the only way you'll like it there is if you plan on kissing a lot of a$s.Greer labs is full of a$s kissers .Any honest person that still works there will tell you the same thing.(Ifyou don't stand for something you'll fall for anything ).Hope this helps your decision.

i am an honest person who works at Greer Labs. I have worked there for several years. Obviously 1973xxx is a X employee who has issues. I am certainly not a butt kisser. There are several good, honest people who work at Greer Labs, who will agree that 1973xxx is being very distasteful. Greer follows strick guidelines due to the nature of business it is in. This is not a job one can take lightly, and most likely if a person has an issue they are one of those people who just can't follow rules and regulations. Rules and regulations set up by the FDA i might add. Your comments, 1973xxx ,is rude, uncalled for, and offensive to most employees who work at Greer. however, being you are the kind of person who would post such remarks in the first place, then this probably pleases you that people find you rude and offensive.

Based on this thread and the "Manager at Greer Labs" thread, I'm getting the impression that there are quiet a few Greer employees that post here besides myself.

All I can say is they need to hire a lot more people. Me for one.

I know someone who was unjustly fired from there and won there case for unemployment benefits .If the FDA extensively went through certain documents and paper work at Greer,a lot of fines would have to be paid and possible shut down. There is also proof of supervisors making people change documents to alter lab results,I am saving the originals and copies of the fraudulent documents for a rainy day.You must be oblivious to what goes on in Greer .Know the facts before you add your incompetent opinions,I say opinions because there not facts .You must spend a lot of time in the fiction section at the library .Fuck Greer labs and the c_ m sucking bit<hes and bast@rds who support them.Thanks {honest person} for your response.

Hey ,honest person ,did you post this while you were on the clock on a company computer ?That's grounds for dismissal I think .Oh by the way , I'm just another Greer employee who agrees with 1973.

i worked there but i worked at the blue building where the have rats,and rabbits,hamsters, the inject them with stuff. to see if the will live. and at the end of there doings the put them in a trash can and put them down.. i no i have seen it. and no what the do in there. the are kept on the second floor. if not moved down stairs by now. greer sucks there pay sucks. all the no how to do is hurt animals.

I agree with 1973 and smallthang.I have friends that work there ,they hate it there.It's not the work but the people that make it miserable .Starting pay there is 10.66 an hour ,that's terrible pay for 2012. Imagine trying to raise a family and paying a mortgage and other expenses on that. Thiis is a pharmaceutical company that makes mmillions a year in profit.Trust me they want out and have applications at other places .There are companies in and around town that pay an average of 13 an hour.Its hard to get hired at a descent company because most people don't quit or get fired from good paying jobs , and when there is an opening its filled very quickly .The only people they care about work in building 4.The ones that work in a sterile room make good money ,but are forced to stay in a room with no breaks and are not allowed to go to the bathroom for at least 4-5 hours.If Greer is such a great place to work,why is the turn over rate for employees so hi? Most find better jobs ,honest person ,:)

wow, sounds like there is alot of opinions on Greer. i dont know nothing about Greer. I always heard it was a great place to work. I am not familure with the pharmaceutical industry.my back ground is in the furniture industry, and since so many factories closed down in Lenoir, i know jobs are HARD to come by. Starting Pay of $10.66 sounds pretty good to an unemployeed person like myself. I'm just saying......

GL is NOT a bad place to work in fact it is probably one of the best places to work in the County. I have worked there for many years and yes there are rules we have to follow but hey that's life. Do I whine and compain about things @ GL ? Sure I do BUT at the end of the day I am just THANKFUL TO HAVE A JOB. It's stressful but tell me a job that's not.

2 more fu<king idiots supporting on the side of greer.Did they say anything about not being thankful ?no, me and a few other people are looking for other employment . The work there is easy ,sop's are worthless ,they get changed all the time. I'm surprised Kevin has not gotten fired ,but he's one of the top azs kissers there,I guess David loves that.There both fu.king idiots.I think its very disappointing that people support a company that doesn't give a sh.t about them.Some people don't know to be honest .I could care less about making friends there or socializing there,I'm there to work ,the simple fact is greer is more worthless than the dirt on the bottom of my boots.
