Your little game of impersonating and libeling certain people is about to reach it's fruition. The class action lawsuit was filed with the Clerk of court this afternoon. Your failure to stop this practice even after repeated warnings has led to this being the only course of action that can stop this.
Below is attached the lawsuit that has set the precedent needed for this case.

Steven Jones is an opinionated guy.

And when he reads something online that strikes a particular nerve, chances are he'll speak up.

So, when the 54-year-old from Texarkana, Texas, came across an article about a couple in neighboring Clarksville who were charged with sexual assault, he decided to throw in his own two cents.

Using the screen name "Wounded," Jones posted one of thousands of anonymous comments about the case. Others went further, linking the couple to perverted sex acts, drugs and other crimes.

Big mistake.

Earlier this month, Jones, a disabled truck driver, logged on to learn that the Clarksville couple, cleared of the charges, had turned around to file a lawsuit of their own -- against 178 anonymous commenters, including Jones, who they claim posted defamatory comments on the Web forum Topix.com .

Now that a Texas judge has ordered Topix to release identifying information for the posters by March 6, Jones, who revealed himself to ABCNews.com , is preparing to meet the couple in person -- in court.

just like another family know's who was trashing them and still being friends as they typed away on here. 1,899 text messages 74 pages of alltel mobil to mobil numbers back and forth from apr thru nov -09 and detailed phone conversations recorded while at home from apr till nov from an ex kincaid who pretended to be mad!!!!!!!!! at all of the kincaids. credit card reciepts showing they added minutes to an ex kincaids phone because they were afraid she was going to have a nervouse break down because of the way she said her whole family was treating her. angie got you once she will get you better this go round. be carefull girl. she used you for her drama and lies and she won and she took away your kids for the summer. be carefull of her she is still waiting to pay you back for talking to someone else. and all these text messages and all the emails and 6 am phone call's 3:30 am phone call's because you could'nt sleep well they just never got erased.so everthing you ever said and told on every single person in you're whole entire family is still either in an email,text, or recorded phone conversation. you're cousin is'nt helping you're situation either she is talking shit about you behind you're back be care full. insurance fraud is serious and she told the neighbors you did that to you're own car. now leave us alone.she tried to be nice to you and she tried to be a friend to you. and she did not lie to you.she always gave you proof to back up what she said or done. and you still stabbed her in the back when she was there when not a sole and i do mean not a sole would even listen to you.now you converted back over to the k family and it's ok never expected anything less from you.just never expected you to be as two faced and try to hurt the people who were there for you. when no body else was. good luck JR AND ALL OF YOU KINCAID'S STICK TOGETHER. you will be just fine,and i will say this they do have alot more people than just one family in lenoir that can't stand them. angie has'nt been a saint she broke up a few marriages ratted on her own drug cartell of friends and killed babies, and still today cheat's and drinks so mrs k will get you again sooner or later. good luck to ya. and fyi i am very good friends with a private investigator out of hickory and he tried to tell me month's ago you were still posting shit about me on here i just did not want to believe him. now i have to because of you're ip address. good luck.

Give it up, Libby. Stop the crap and the hell with AK. Why can't you just let things go instead of always stirring up trouble? You would not lose any friends if you just let things go and left innocent people out of your hatred for AK. She's the one you have the beef with, not DK or his daughters, or his ex's. I know the above poster is very serious about the lawsuit so I suggest you let it go and stop the harrasment. What about stalking? Last I heard that was a criminal offense, especially if someone has posted likes about me like Frye South.
