Thankfully they are cleared. They already have enough to deal with.

Yes. I feel relieved for them. Now they can mourn in some sort of peace and hopefully people will quit runnin their mouths about them.

My heart goes out to the family that lost a loved one and the driver that had her life changed in an instant.
I have a child that as a toddler was adventureous and locks didn't work. So you put chain locks and or what is called two step locks at the tops of your doors. Two step locks require you to pull the door open while turning the lock so if you have a child getting in a chair and the lock is above their head then they can't turn and pull the door open as their chair is in the way. Chain locks are inexpensive but when put at the highest point the adult can reach then a toddler can't reach them even with a chair.
Hope this helps someone else so there are no more tragedys like this.

I just installed a deadbolt that needs a key to unlock it both ways, I have a 17 month old son thats getting very crafty at opening doors, this seems to be working really good the only way he could unlock it is with the key and we have them on us at all times. Until this horrible accident happened I had never gave much thought to the kind of locks on my doors or anything..it has really opened our eyes to new ways of child proofing our doors.

I am Jaymason's mommy!! My sweet boy was the light of our lives, each day that we have had to face without him feels like our hearts have been ripped out.
obviously those of you who had something negative to say do not know my son, myself, or our family, otherwise you would know better than to write those incredibly hurtful comments.
Even in our darkest day there has been a silver lining, Jaymason saved the life of another three year old little boy through being a donor. He will live on & in my eyes is a hero.
sorry for your loss

I am so sorry for your loss. As a parent myself, I can imagine the horrible grief you and your family have suffered. Jaymason is now in God's arms and he's safe from the evilness of this world. May you find comfort in that thought. As for the negative posters on this board, they are just letting tyheir pure ignorance! Having a 3 year old son myself, I know how curious (and fast) a little boy can be. It's easy to see how your son figured out how to get out of the house and it's not your fault by no means. God bless you and your family. My prayers go out to you. Jaymason is happy with the Lord and he's a precious angel.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Sagittarius

You're feeling ultra optimistic today, which is great for summoning up the necessary energy to do what has to be done. But don't let it go to your head and convince you that you're capable of performing miracles. If you aren't behaving in this way you'll have to cope with someone who has a swollen head and thinks they're the cat's whiskers.
