How do I remove an unwanted house guest?

Sounds like this man is an ex of yours and he is using the F'ed up judicial system to bring you misery -
I take it your female so you always have the proven effective mandatory "he hit me card" - all you have to do is tell the magistrate he hit you. Plain and simple - lie. He will be arrested and he wont be allowed back into your home even if you let him.
So... go crump up a tear or two and fill out a police report, then go to the magistrate and wahla ... he is gone gone gone.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this? My BF is angry with me. He is going out of town for 3days & is affraid my move out while he is gone. He is making his mom stay at our house to "watch" me. I said no . Can I have police get her to leave if she refuses?

Is she on the lease? If not, then go to next question.

Is he on the lease? If so, he will claim she is his guest.

If you are determined to move out, just do it. Contact LE before you start the move. If she inhibits your attempt in ANY way, have her immediately addressed by LE. She will be "educated" by LE as to what she can and cannot do. If she persists, have her arrested.

Your BF sounds disturbed and potentially dangerous. Does he post on here as "Gimme Some Truth"?

Go get gangbanged with some friends, record it and send it to him after you leave, that should piss him off enough to leave you alone. He is probably screwing around anyway if he is that suspicious and controlling.

BY law you have to serve him with eviction papers from the clerk of court. From that point he has 30 days to move out
