Do any of you know this guy? He always has an ad in LNT for rent to own homes, but he never returns any calls!

he rents trailors that have been shut down by ice units until they can be re painted etc because he rented to meth dealers and cookers on smokey creek rd ever body who moved in that one trailor went crazy it stays empty most of the time it was an actual meth lab at one time and his rent is out rageous plus he's a smart ass. that trailor on smokey creek rd is nice but no family hads lived in it more than 3 months without getting sick or going off there rockers the previous renmters were cooking meth in that trailor and it never got de contamonated like it should of been

He owns alot of rentals.Very nice guy but he want take any bull and you can't blame him.He has a business to run like anyone else he wants to be paid. when you rent you know how much the rent is before you move in.

you must be one of them who wouldn't pay your rent so he gave you the boot.Can't blame him.If you ride the train you have to buy a ticket.same goes for rent

did you live there?

i know old sims and he is high dollar and will not fix shit. and the post above is located on the smokey creek rd first mobil park on left first trailor on left and yes it was busted as a meth lab about 5 year's ago and he was suppose to re carpet it and do all kinds of new stuff to it.but instead he let it air out and rented it to a woman who had 4 kids.they kept getting sick and she stayed sick.then the doctor done a tox screen on the kids and found that the kids had come into contact with some of the drug. that had gotten on the carpets that had not been replaced and the walls had only been cleaned etc.it was a mess and she moved out and he did not even offer to give her back a deposit.he was not allowed to even rent that mobil home again until the authorities gave him clearance to do so. so i would have to call him a crook and a liar and he could have caused these children permanant damage.
