A person that asks for money may snatch your wallet or change purse away from you if he/she sees that you have money and credit cards with you. Just say I am sorry but I don"t have any money with me.

I use to be a law enforcement officer in Caldwell County. When this person is working the park, parking lots or a neighborhood it would be very wise to inform your local Law Enforcement. They need to be aware of the situation and all of their contacts between this individual will be logged. One of the post said not to give money. I would have to agree because it's not safe to do so. It is actually a good way to get yourself robbed. These people that play the system know that you are only going to give them a small percentage of what you have, meaning you have more in your pocket or purse. As a Christian it is hard to hear of someone in need and not jump straight in with both feet to try to help them. All I'm saying is please use precautions and report these incidents to Law Enforcement. God Bless you and keep all of you safe.
